It is with great enthusiasm that we announce exciting changes occurring at PDR Property Lawyers Ltd! As of 5th March 2018, we will be merging with Chelmer Conveyancing Services Ltd, a conveyancing firm with an excellent reputation based in Great Dunmow, Essex.
This is a very exciting event for both companies, for employees, estate agents, mortgage brokers and most importantly our existing and future clients.
This is a merger of two highly compatible firms. Our companies have worked together frequently in the past. Michelle Rickard and Gill Pirie are long time personal friends, they hold similar values and philosophies on doing conveyancing business. Producing an excellent personal conveyancing service for our clients, an emphasis on honesty, integrity and the importance of providing an excellent customer service.
Chelmer Conveyancing Services Ltd will now operate as PDR Property Lawyers Ltd – you can rely on the same personal working relationship that you have had in the past. You will still be dealing with the same people and you can depend on the same quality service.
PDR Property Lawyers Ltd will have two offices Michelle Rickard, Managing Director will remain at the Head Office based in Whittlesey, Peterborough and Gill Pirie, Director will be Head of the Conveyancing Department at the Great Dunmow, Essex office.
